I just wanted to chime in here so we can agree on something. If there is a black or white bar, then can we agree that this is censored? Additionally, if there is purposeful pixelization, can we not universally note that the area pixelated has also been censored? Seriously, anything that has been censored needs a censored tag. I know that there are some people that don't feel the need, but censorship is censorship even with a useless bar added.

Yes, all the censored tag applies for all forms of censorship. Many people forget to add the tag there, but it belongs nonetheless.

If you see censored posts without the tag, please add it and remind the user to add it to their posts. If they give you any grief about it, let a moderator know and we'll get it sorted out.

I'd like to put forward a case for a 'hairy_pussy' or similar tag.
We have large_breasts, huge_breasts, small_breasts, flat_chest - instead of just "breasts". By contrast we only have pubic_hair for all the different kinds of hair women can have down there.

Much the same as different users will search specifically for, or blacklist certain particular tags for their own preferences, why does this not apply for images of women with a lot of public hair? Pubic hair is even more of a point of contention for guys - you'll hear a lot of guys say "she needs to shave" or "sick of looking at bald pussies, like they're children" and stuff like that.

But the pubic_hair tag will fetch results of:
Women with three tiny strands of hair on an otherwise bald crotch.
Men with pubic hair.
Women with a typical tuft.
Women with a ridiculous forest in their crotch.

I think this is far too vague and redundant currently. Would it not be prudent to have a hairy_pussy tag since a lot of users will be able to use it then to find images for their fetish/preference? I had tagged about 500 images with this previously (wasn't aware there was a process to getting a tag made).

Hell I'll even go about slowly tagging this stuff myself, alone (again) through the entire site. It'll take time but I think it's important a good site like this doesn't overlook this.

Is there a difference between the "breath" and "heavy_breathing" tags?

The "heavy_breathing" tag, feels like it could be covering images involving exhaustion. Either from doing sports, or sexual activity and so on. While "breath" might indicate images depicting visible breath, due to cold environment. Without any sings of exhaustion being present.
But neither is defined, so yeah... What are your thoughts on this? Currently, both tags cover anything that involves visible breath. And due to the overlap, I find myself having to slap both of them onto an image.

When should "tall_image" be used? The wiki says it's use should be ratio based rather than absolute, but I've seen it used on many images where height/width was close to 1 and even when the height was smaller than the width. Should we add a ratio limit to make it objective? Like if height/width>=(16/9) then it's a tall image, any less and it isn't?

I guess we could have "tall_image" and "wide_image" be used with certain width/height ratios and "long_image" be the general case.

I wouldn't mind having a ratio limit like that. Danbooru automatically adds the tag, but we can't, so specifying how it should be used is a good idea. I might go with something bigger than 2 for the minimum ratio.

Unrelatedly, this thread has become somewhat of a relic. Usually it's best to post questions about tagging in the pinned Gardener's Guild thread, simply because that's where people are more used to talking about tagging nowadays.

I was thinking a ratio over 16:9 being a wide_image, anything less than 9:16 being a tall_image, and both leading to it being a long_image. Maybe add some width and height minimums. Though 2 instead sounds good because searching by width and height are a thing and this could warn that the image can't be used as a wallpaper easily.
