If you want to be technical, cum_inside will always mean (as far as my mind may grasp at this moment) aftersex, but aftersex does not always mean cum_inside.

Couldn't cum_inside also apply for during sex? She could have cum inside one of her orifices, and is currently having sex using the other orifice.

Since I'm dedicating my account largely to it. I thought I'd bump this thread to point out the tag "grinding".
The wiki states it involves intercrural sex (no penetration). I believe Danbooru uses it this way as well, as have I.
Outside of the boorus, grinding most certainly can refer to that, but can also refer to when one of the sexual partners gyrates their hips. Is there a separate tag for that?

Example of the way other porn fans often use it: gelbooru.com/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=1124667

What about the 'moe' tag? (1026)
I've seen it used as a substitute for 'cute' a couple of times recently. Many of the uses are old or from Danbooru.
The wiki entry doesn't look like much help for objective tagging:
