replace "ears" with whatever type the person has? cat_ears pointy_ears etc. unless an ear is kind of the focus like gelbooru.com/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=1138200
as for just plain "hair"? (I'm not bothering much with this one).
Somebody else plan what to do with "finger" and "fingers", same thing almost.

While I think there are too many cum_on* tags I think you're going too far in the other direction. Also cum_everywhere should almost certainly be bukkake.

To the loser who is going on a rampage deleting all subjective tags as he goes: I found a few that you missed. Please be aware that this list isn't comprehensive. Here they are:
Beautiful, sexy, guro, bad, good, great, nice, happy, happy_sex, joy, dull, mysterious, quality, what (as an adjective), sweet, small_penis, loser, orz, lonely, insane, awesome, weird, wtf, and cute.
(Some of these tags are being used as artist names. There's no reason why we shouldn't permit this, either.)
I suggest you get right on it. In eliminating influence in the form of societal perception, we can inconvenience each of our viewers by having them decide for themselves whether an image soaked in blood is indeed guro, or a picture of a large-busted woman is still beautiful if it is caked in scat.
It is my sincere hope that in time we'll have transformed Gelbooru into our vision of a pornographic image board that is maintained and viewed exclusively by robots. If it's one thing we don't need, it's human users in an analog world finding what they're looking for. I aim to please.

No, creating and using tags for nothing more than personal feeling is bad. Tagging is something that needs to be kept as objective as possible, and it very few exceptions to show that.
On the contrary however, pointing out that you are an imbecile is perfectly fine.
