I'm certain this character is Sayuri, but has been tagged with another character. I want to check if this is mistaken identity or is a cosplay or something.

I checked as well and it was an error on the taggers part; those having to do with the other character were removed on Danbooru, after the auto uploader grabbed this image

New gardeners are always welcome. I was actually mulling over the idea of starting a drive for non-staff gardener applications. It is summer, after all.

As for pools... no thanks.

1. Still not used. Maybe ask the folks on IRC to vote on allowing it. They may still feel it's redundant; if not then I don't have a problem with it.
2. It's been a few weeks. (Yes, because of Danbooru auto-uploads.)

I'm not that into pools myself. Just a thought.

The basic response to this is that if Danbooru does it, all of our policies go out the window. We have no real way to keep up with all of their uploads that will have the tag (which are 70% of our incoming uploads), so we're forced to use the tags they use whether we hate them or not. Alas, Danbooru uses femdom, so as much as we'd love to alias it to something else, we're stuck.

There are some situations in which we override Danbooru's tagging policy, but they're fairly rare.

It's been bugging me for a while, but we're currently using the tag "female".

Danbooru, on the other hand, does not use the tag; they deem it redundant with -male. I tend to agree with them.

So, do we want to keep the tag or remove it?

I also found that some users were using the tag "girl" instead of "female". That's currently being mass-tagged into "female".

the only argument I can see are images tagged both male and female, but that could be fixed by just removing "male" from the images where the male character doesn't have the focus.
