For example, the artist "torinari_(dtvisu)" has tons of jpg duplicates, many with noticeable compression artifacts. Search by extension could help to filter those out and/or mark them for deletion.

Videos aren't loading on my home wifi, but will load on everything else (mobile data, other wifi network, etc). I've looked to see if I've blocked the website or something of the sort but haven't found anything. Adblock is off as well, wifi is through comcast.

Videos are served from a different server in a different datacenter from the rest of the site, so it's possible that there is a problem with the route between your home connection and our server.

Odd. For some reason it seems to only be gelbooru that won't load videos for me. The other few sites I visit load perfectly fine for me. I don't know exactly what the reason would be for this as well.
