Is it possible to edit notes? Or do they need to be deleted and re-added?

Normally you can edit them. If you are having trouble with this than it may mean:
You don't have enough XP for your user account.
We are having trouble with our encoding at the data center and waiting for it to get fixed.

Where would the edit option be? Under "Add Note", or is it some other menu item (that I possibly can't see)?
And what counts towards XP? I'm not inclined to designate favorites or comment on images, nor do I have any more images to upload, but I do now have 2671 tag edits.

If you click on the textbox that pops up when you hover your mouse over a note, it'll give you the edit menu.

Data center and maybe Cloud Flair may still be messed up. Nothing we can do but wait.
