I tried to edit a character tag. It didn't let me do it and said "Poor Uploads."
As far as I can remember, I have no deleted posts and other posts that I've uploaded are doing quite fine without any rule-breaking (with tags, sources and stuff.)
I gave up on uploading because of the similar error message (some karma, or IP violating rules (which is a normal thing, I use a VPN)). But — is it that I can't *post* because I don't edit enough, or is it that I can't *edit* because I don't post enough?
The post in question is #9016851, the character is "alecto_(hades)", not Megaera.
upd. Switched to another VPN. Can edit.

If you use a VPN, there's a very good chance that all of the IP's will be banned because of other users of that VPN using it to abuse the site.

The source field doesn't have to be a URL. For physical media, you should use the title of the work or the publication it was published in, as well as an issue or volume number if applicable.
