Somebody/uploader confused with pr0n so they upload it as long as is described above.

Allow me to translate. The user is basically complaining about the overabundance of photos of a pornographic nature as opposed to drawn images, which he believes is what Gelbooru should be principally, if not exclusively, dedicated to. As a solution he posits the creation of a sub-board not unlike the Idol Complex channel they have over at Sankaku Complex. He also worries about the future of Gelbooru because of the aforesaid recent inundation of "ugly and low quality photos."

so let anonymous FED thought this site in pr0n category. because there no default filter for it.
my point is, this an art site or something?
just do not mix direct pr0n with art,
the janitors, well, I must admit, lazy for filtering most 'bad quality' photos.
and most of uploaded files are low quality JAV artists, they even not in Cosplaying .
