U-verse here as well. I read somewhere on reddit that AT&T users have their connection "throttled" while using hentai and piracy sites. Whether this holds true remains to be seen. Also happens between certain time frames as well. Like in 8 hour or so time frames from around 10 p.m to like maybe 6 a.m. It could be due to the sheer amount of users since those times would be the most busy. Sites like gelbooru, E-H and sad panda seem to be hit hard during those time frames. Never really had these issues until this month. So unless U-Verse is spying on its users activity to initiate the throttling it could just be a more surplus amount of users has decided to use these sites during this month.

Same here, I have U-verse and the site almost never loads during certain times (usually at night PST).
However, it loads fine if I use a filter bypass site (proxy) during the time it wouldn't regularly load. So maybe ATT is causing this on purpose...
Update: A couple hours after posting this the site seems to be working fine.

Amazingly, the site is acting normal for me tonight. Hope it stays like this.

Site never ran slow for me this entire time. If it is an ISP issue, I wonder what everyone was using. I recently got rid of an ISP due to policy changes.
That said, while searches and thumbnails and images are working mostly fine... the forums are lagging quite bad tonight for me.
On a semi-related note, the IQDB just now queued me at an all time high of "64" which is something new for me.

I've been queued a lot higher than that before.
Granted, that's because it was when I was working the mod queue and opening 20 images in IQDB at a time, but still.

Slow here too.
When theres a source provided for a pic, it faster to click it find it and load it than it is on Gelbooru. I think local ISP is throttling the site as when i use vpn to encrypt it goes through, and when i use my wireless data which runs on a more reputable backbone provider pics load fine too.
If you are having issues its most likely a local ISP greed thingy, also im in asia.
