I cant view any gif that is outlined in blue since I updated my computer to windows10, but before I updated some gif's outlined in blue would crash my internet connection and I would have to restart the internet

Those are webm files. You need a web browser that supports them (like FireFox) Your Windows 10 has nothing to do with it unless your using Microsoft Edge as your default browser.
