Question about updating a wiki article

After checking if some artists still have their account(s) active, I came across Jackie's (gelbooru.com/index.php?page=wiki&s=view&id=7556) who's pixiv account was deleted. I was going to change the artist's status to unknown since I couldn't find any of the artist's other accounts via search engine and other image boards. And I was going to remove the pixiv link since again, it isn't on pixiv, as well as the other pixiv link since it redirects to "403 forbidden". Would that count as poisoning, since I can't explain the reason for removal?

We usually just add the status to the link in parenthesis. [Updated] I don't have any new links to add and if the wiki has no useful information it may as well be deleted.
If any other such wiki issues pop up it can be discussed in the gardener's guild thread.
