My mistake then. However that doesn't changed that someone might not want to set the thresholds to 999. I did, but I'm a freak. Someone who is an infrequent visitor or first time visitor isn't necessary going to know that, especially if they don't know things are being hidden by butthurt users.
Just one last time for the record I am not going to risk censor by arguing, I think the system needs to be looked at for improvement. Worst case scenario is a handful of punks start dominating what can and can't be seen by down voting certain tags to oblivion and people who don't drop their thresholds low enough will most likely not see these tags as they are uploaded.

We accepted as much a long time ago when we used to have a certain sponsor who didn't like toddlercon and we still had toddlercon on our site. The system would automatically down vote any post that had the toddlercon tag to -99 even if it wasn't really toddercon. We stopped doing this over six years ago but still...
