I properly tagged it as AI-generated. Is all AI artwork banned now even though their are tags for it? I still see a lot of AI artwork posted. So I assumed this would be fine if tagged as Ai-generated.

The tags aren't the issue. You've overlooked "said content is indistinguishable from non-AI artwork".
There's a bunch of artifacts of AI generation:
The hairclips are just random blobs
Her eyes are mis-matched
One eyebrow has a thicker end than the other
Her teeth are misaligned
The straps on the bra don't line up correctly
The bows on just about everything are misshapen
Nearly everything on the coat is a jumbled, unclear mess
The signs in the background don't have actual characters/lettering
Most the AI posts remaining have been edited after the AI generation process to get rid of the artifacts, making them indistinguishable from non-AI artwork like the TOS calls for.

A little while ago, five images were deleted from a new artist never uplaoded here, marked as off-topic.
While I get deleting the OC and Rivals of Aether ones, and find inconsistent the Pseudoregalia ones, given than others are allowed here, but not gonna really dispute them... I don't see why gelbooru.com/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=9812489 isn't allowed. Blaze The Cat, from the Sonic series, is from Sega, a mainly japanese company.

What does ToS violation - comic page mean? I don't see anything wrong with this, so why did it get deleted?

It means that comic pages are prohibited by our Terms of Service and should not be uploaded.

Any update to my claim? I would like at least hear a reason why a Sonic related pic was also deleted.
