The problem is the underclothing or tattoo (hard to tell) not keeping to the 2nd costume, but it look like a "spades" that was half covered and it can assumed the commissioner want to be a "spade" on the tattoo or clothing design. It also missing the heart womb/pubic shape design.

This is the same commissioner's upload to rule 34 and someone tagged the "queen_of_spades" and yet no one or even the commissioner have remove it yet, so it assumed to be "spade-shaped" to be a subtle "queen of spades" if it was the commissioner's intent given his internet activities including earlier commentary of QOS and earlier commissions.

If a moderator gonna restore it, I don't care but I'm only explaining the possibility.
