They are now copyright striking content creators for using mods. I bet blizzard is begging them to keep going so that their controversies gets forgotten.
Is it Capcom as a whole, or just the Japanese division?
I don't think this always works, but some Youtube videos region block Japan when showing anime clips to avoid copyright strikes as it's usually the Japanese searching for content to flag. Obviously it's useless if the subsidiaries in America or other western regions are also flagging/removing content.
