I love tentacle, but sometime...there are so many "tiny" and "dense" tentacles context——without any tag could be exclude!

If there is no tag you cant blacklist it. So, you will have to deal with it. Or fix the issue yourself by tagging.

There is no any tag like "multi-tentacles" or "trypophobia warning", so i have no way to blacklist them.

"Trypophobia" does exist, although of course you would have to go to the trouble of adding the Tag to posts that don't have it

yes, i meant the tag, i looked it up yesterday and it's included in danbooru. this is one of the disadvantages of not speaking english.
