It should be noted that, while those photos are a violation of Gelbooru's photo guidelines and possibly ToS if the persons in them were underage at the time the photos were taken, photographs of children in swimsuits are not illegal, even if the context of some of our other content makes it feel like the photos are more than that. It should also be noted that there are several adult Japanese gravure idols and even porn actresses who look quite young and often get mistaken for children.
