If I do not have a sufficient rating for a post, can I PM someone with a sufficient rating for posting with such a request? Considering that I am the author of the original video? Sorry for such a stupid question/request. I would like to do this myself, but I just don’t understand how much progress is left to just at least unlock regular posting, not to mention video posting.
