Change Artist Name/Tag

Hi. I would like to ask if its possible to change an existing artist name (mine) to the latest one. Another issue is an artwork of mine was recently uploaded but under a different artist.
Currently, the site tags me as gochu_(gochu_designs). I tried to look for a way to change/edit this to (g0chuu) but was unsuccessful.
Additionally, this artwork in question was uploaded under a different artist, despite my name even being in the Twitter link ^^;

If possible, I would be grateful if you could change it to gochu_(g0chuu) or something of the like (I do not use "gochu designs" as a name at all anymore anywhere) and to update myself as the artist on my artwork. Or at the very least show me the way to make this changes on the booru myself.
