well i dont know if someone already said anything about it but im thinking since there is a <General Only Listing> option (it's a little children filter for me ) and add the reverse option . there should be a version where all non-h are hidden and only shows the good stuff ;p

"Sate Images Only" mode includes rating:sensitive so it's not entirely worksafe or child friendly. It also hides nsfw ads (which is most if not all of them).
You can get the opposite by either searching -rating:general -rating:sensitive, or by putting the two ratings in your blacklist (no minus sign).

I was working on a desktop application that calls Gelbooru API. But since I work on an open office it's very NSFW for me to simply show Hentai every time I work on the app. My solution was adding a permanent "rating:general" to all my searches. There's not much into it.
You don't even need to -rating:general, maybe just write "rating:explicit rating:questionable" in your search. It's not like there's a tag limit like in the other booru site.
Both my and Menace5' solution is the same, basically. But I guess it also showns that another option is not really necessary I think.

Too many old posts, completely sfw posts have the sensitive rating. Because the old safe rating was renamed to sensitive.
The fact that the sensitive rating is used for ecchi spicy posts now, and at the same time is used for completely sfw stuff in the old posts makes blocking all the nsfw tough, you block a ton of sfw posts if you hide the sensitive rating.
The solution is making people go through all of the posts with the sensitive rating and fix the ratings. But that would take a lot of effort and people have no real motivation.

Unfortunately you can't search two of the same meta tags in a search, but you can exclude two of the same, hence "-rating:general -rating:sensitive". Of course if someone is just looking for porn rating:explicit alone will (generally) do.
I'm assuming the ratings getting changed is partly why rating:sensitive is still included in "general images only", not that it's marked as being completely work-safe anyway.

Still there is so much stuff that is sfw in there I still wanna do it.
The only biggest annoyance is having to do that damn captcha every single edit.
