I've seen green, blue, yellow, red. Are these representing the reputation of the editor?

No, it just means that it is a different type of tag.
Copyright purple, Character green, Artist red, Metadata orange, General white.
Strikethrough tags are invalid tags.

Red - Arist, porn actress, or voice actor
Green - Character
Purple - Copyright, Series, Franchise
Orange - Metadata, such as filesize
Green - Character

Those are rating markers. Blue is basically super SFW, while Red is super NSFW (pornography with sex).
Blue: General
Green: Sensitive
Yellow: Questionable
Red: Explicit
Blue: General
Green: Sensitive
Yellow: Questionable
Red: Explicit

That made me remember, that certain bird suggested that the colors of the ratings were used for the rating selector.
It was a decent suggestion.

where do you see those colored rectangles? On pc to my left side I only see the tags, while on android I have nothing to the left, is this an iphone/mac only thing?
