What's your opinion on AI continuing dead authors' work to an acceptable or even perfect quality? Would you still raise your torches and pitchforks if it done without monetary gain?
AI is for the talentless,so I say YES! I will keep the torches lit and pitchforks sharpened to keep them horrible AI "artists" away from the real passion the actual artist went through, even if it's not as good as they hoped for,it's still what makes them special..AI GOT NOTHING!!!
On the basis of it being very disrespectful to passionate artists at their core, I'd have to say no to it.
Now I wouldn't raise my pitchfork and torch, because I don't feed into that overdramatic spectacle like a lot of bloodlusted AI haters do, but I still couldn't support it in good faith.
For example, we know Kentaro Miura worked his ass off creating some of the most detailed manga panels of all time. All while taking his sweet time, and while sick and dying. Up until his actual death.
Knowing that completely soulless robot programs may eventually create new chapters with artwork and writing that are indistinguishable from his work within the next 10 years or so, despite none of the blood, sweat, and tears being put into it, is just kinda sad and depressing tbh.
How is artificial intelligence supposed to know what a human would have envisioned entirely by itself- when it doesn’t even possess a conscience- let alone any awareness of what humans are? At least wait until it develops further to the point of advancing past human intelligence.

I think it's creepy, immortal and should not be done without the word of the families of the authors. Then again, AI bros are heartless monsters
Look, AI is just a tool which means that a human could tamper the AI with different intention good or evil, And even if the AI have a job to continue a certain artwork left by a deceased artist, it would result an imitation at most and the quality was just being replica. It cannot comprehend the vision, the way of the artist draw or even the style that represents the original artist characteristic.
