Velma, the worst adult cartoon?

Velma, the HBO Max adult series that premiered 2023. Featuring a race swapped and completely unlikeable Velma, it's an adult spin off of Scooby Doo which focuses on her solving the mystery of her missing mother. Today, the entirety of season 2 has dropped.

My question is, is this the worst adult comedy cartoon ever? Absolutely everyone seems to hate it, even the targeted audience, and unless you get enjoyment out of watching extreme cringe, there's nothing of value of the show.

Animation is ok. Everything else is trash.

The animation and artstyle is surprisingly decent for an adult animated western cartoon.

It's a hell of a lot more pleasing to the eyes than Family Guy, Bojack Horseman, and Rick and Morty.

That did take me by surprise.

The Good Times Reboot is worse.

I have never heard or that, nor the original.

The real question is, Why are you guys even giving it attention? just ignore it and let it be forgotten like every lame media that Hollywood has churned since a decade ago.

Damnatio Memoriae, the worst (non physical) punishment that has ever existed, give it to that show.

It's really funny you should mention that. Because I was going to make it an important point in my next post:

Velma is probably the only show in history that got a second season solely due to hatewatching.

As far as I'm aware, this is the only show where although everyone hated it, so many people tuned in that the show made a lot of money. Enough for execs to renew it for a second season.

I vowed not to hatewatch the show this time around, but I definitely can't be blamed since there are probably thousands/millions of others still hatewatching the show.
