I noticed there wasn't any of the work of さこ (there are tons of artists named sako, though—id number 209841 specifically is him).
He is related to an interesting tag on pixiv: 雌男娘. Like otokonoko 男の娘 (trap) but with mesu (雌) in front of it.
Note: 雌 (mesu: female animal) could be roughly translated as "bitch." So I guess it's something like "bitch trap" or "female animal trap"
