uhm....strange, but...unless that's a shiny Latias, then that's a fictional fan-sibling to the Lati siblings named Lation. judging by the pokemon's head shape, i'd say the former is more likely. anyone who used to frequent the forum Pokemon Quest is free to correct me on this detail.

iit's a shiny latias. they're normally red and white, but the shiny version is white and gold.
