We've never seen Nell cut loose in her full form pre-skull shattering, so we don't really know exactly how strong she was, just that she could easily pwn Nnoitra's ass at that time. Given that, I would give her a 50/50 chance against Urahara, although he would probably win if he knew of her and her abilities.

Well we know Nel is stronger than Zaraki because he struggled against Nnoitra and as was said before she had no problem. Nel is also stronger than Halibel who was stronger than Hitsuguya and two Visoreds.

Given all that she'd be a good match for Yoruichi at the least.

No one is Stronger then Zaraki xD
But seriously,Zaraki struggled?
He wanted to enjoy the fight,thats all.

If he cut Nnoitra with both hand from the beginning the
fight would have ended in an Instant.
Zaraki is way stronger than you think....i actually
doubt that no one besides Yamamoto knows how strong he really is.
