Close. The crotch rope is fixed in this case, and the (motor/crank/etc) would be pulling her back and forth, forcing her to walk along the rope at whatever speed it's set to.

Look at the knot. It looks like if you put enough weight on the rope it would just pop off. I'd recommend a series of overhand knots, to ensure they don't come off.
