Looks more like one of Chachamaru's "sisters" instead of Chachamaru herself.

Although I doubt that was intentional considering everyone else in from the class is here.

It's one of Chachamaru's newer bodies from the Magic World Arc. It has a "younger" appearance, and her joints are no longer visible in it.

thats where you are wrong, in the magical world, she used a loli body, that is indeed chachamarus sister as shown in the school festive arc. you can tell as chachamaru only dresses as a maid when in evas resort or her cabin, any where else she dresses for the situation.

but then you forgot about the time when her body went through over hall, it was breifly shown when she was holding chisame during their count down moment before summer vacation. to be more precise it was shown in volume 19, chapter 176 exactly on page 3. heres a link to it on mangafox
