The naruto series definetely needs more Anko.

@ Anon2: Some artists just choose not to draw them. For comparison, check Shikamaru's part1 outfit, or the scene in part2 where Sakura opens Hinata's jacket to heal her. No nipples. If you look at Ranma1/2 though, Ranma has at least aeolae (however the fuck you spell that...)...I've only ever really seen nipples in hentai though, I think there's some kinda rule.
