I don't know japanese at all...and I can still guess 95% of that they're saying.
I guess its from a combination of reading Fairy Tail...and reading WAY to much manga...

Basically Juvia is asking either a stupid or inappropriate question which has shocked Natsu and Lisanna, and Gray is laughing at it.
That's all I got, couldn't find most of the kanji in that last box...
おこんは - - 同 - なんですか?
(- represents missing characters)
okon ha(wa) - - onaji - nan desuka?
? is - - the same - what is it?
obviously there's quite a bit missing...

Which is Juvia asking if Natsu and Lisanna are boyfriend and girlfriend.
