Honestly I just don't care you can call it a Male all you like but since it's a picture depicting female charateristics thats what it's going to be they have nothing under those dress there 2D reprensentations of females even if you Call them Males or whatever show they come from doesn't matter on a whole 90% of all Men can not and will not look that femanine unless they had a sex change or were born wrong.
