Maybe it's just a coincidence, but the character in the left looks a whole lot like the proagonist from the Erogame (Nukige, specifically) Milk Pot.

Already pre-patched, only 1 part and I'm pretty sure it's also pre-installed, so you just need CCCP and japanese locale installed to run it.
