Well, technically it's made of chakra, I think it just deals damage equal to or greater than lightning. :/

actually, raikiri is the lightning blade developed by kakashi
the chidori is the lesser version enhanced by sasuke
and anon 1 you are totally right it would electrocute both of them seeing as its that has been turned into electricity by the change in chakra nature
