It's about as likely as any other pairing in this series. This is a shonen manga, not a romance. There's been so many obvious pairing scenes throughout Naruto, it seems like either everyone's gonna won or noone will.
If you really don't think it will happen, watch the 2011 Shippuden OVA - Naruto vs. Sasuke. It's supposedly a preview of the manga, has one of the best NS scenes in the series, and Kishimoto himself produced it.

I saw that OVA and it didn't have any 'pairing' hints in it anyways. It looked like a rip-off of the Land of Waves arc when Sakura was crying over Sasuke's seemingly dead body to be perfectly honest. And THAT was canon.
Stop living vicariously through characters and their pairings. NaruSaku ain't happening.

I don't recall Sasuke putting his hand on her cheek, or Sakura embracing Sasuke's head in such a way. But whatever, I'm a not a shipping fan, I just thought that part of the OVA looked cute.

Proof of Kishi helping in production, anyone? Not exactly doubting, but since a good chunk of that OVA wasn't even manga content, I'm wondering if it's a preview going beyond what even the manga has shown or if they actually *changed* how events will play out during the T7 reunion.

Well, judging by how the OVA displayed a few things only recently or not yet introduced in the manga (Sasuke having Itachi's eyes, Naruto using Asuma's chakra blade, Madara possessing the Rinnegan, etc.), I think it's safe to assume that it's either an upcoming fight, or Kishimoto doing a 'mock-run' of what the fight will be like.
Either way, I find it very unlikely that Studio Pierrot would do something of this magnitude without Kishimoto's consent. I believe there's a full video out there with the credits at the end, and that it states something like "Masashi Kishimoto with conjunction of Team Pierrot". I saw it once, but I think YouTube took it down. Maybe look up a torrent?
As far as the pairing shit goes, it looks either MK doesn't want to kill of NaruSaku just yet, or he just loves watching the shippers bitch at each other lol.
