NOL Diciplinary code 23a: Officers commiting the crime of displeaseing thier superiors are to be buttraped and pierced with a ring through thier nipples with thier arm bands attached to them. Furthermore, they are to cease wearing upper body supports and underwear dureing the entire office work. Punishment may be executed by the Preatorian Guard or the Intelligence department.
