The biggest thing wrong with this pairing, is that Sakura is far too opinionated for Neji. He's very traditional Japanese male, and would appreciate a quiet woman that let him take control almost completely.
She'd also have to at least have a good head on her shoulders, or he couldn't respect her enough.
Additionally, even with Hinata being Neji's cousin, en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cousin_marriage certain situations and cultures have absolutely no problem with it. But it'd be a marriage of convenience more than anything having to do with real love.

We get it Anon2. You like Neji and Hinata together, that's why you make up whatever random excuse you can think about to "rationalize" why other women don't fit with him, but Hinata does. Like marriage laws in other countries. Who cares about the freakish three-headed monsters that would come out of the union between a man and a woman whose fathers were idential twins, making their children for all intents and purposes (biologically speaking) half brother and half sister, right?
But because Japanese laws say its ok, then your fantasy pairing that will never happen is the most plausbile. Bravo.
