Scar is,without his ability one of the weakest characters of the show.I mean physically,not in every area.
He could kill Olivier,but he could never push her down.
Scars ability is what makes him strong,but Olivier beat Alex up,and that without using any alchemy.
And if Mustangs gloves didnt get wet Scar would've been dead for shure,just because Roys abilitys are the most Destructive in the show and Scar isnt as fast as Bradley so that he could avoid them.
If Bradley hadnt been hurt from the fight before he could have killed Scar with ease.When Scar and Bradley faced of he had a bullet in his shoulder and he couldnt use his Eye anymore....but he still put up quite a fight.
Scar isnt weak,but he isnt the strongest either....Bradley,Mustang and Izumi are extremly strong,if not the three strongest characters of the show,excluding Hohenheim.

Anon4, you're clearly forgetting or overlooking several things about Scar. The man was a trained warrior monk in Ishbal who, even before getting his alchemy, was capable of killing three armed soldiers with his bare hands. He's also fast enough to dodge cannon rounds and bullets while constantly getting closer to his enemy. Even if Mustang's gloves hadn't been wet, Scar would have killed him. He would have just used his speed to dodge Mustang's blast (which isn't immediate; it takes about a second to fully form), grab him by the head or arm and deconstruct his insides. Literally the only thing that saved him was Hawkeye tripping him and then shooting at Scar. He did all that without his alchemy.
As for Bradley, you also seem to be conveniently ignoring the fact that he wasn't human. Or did you forget how he single handedly beat the original Greed with nothing more than a couple swords? Also, the state of his left eye is irrelevant to his ability to use it. Case in point: when his train was blown up, he was able to see the path to safety in a split second with his left eye covered. The only time he willingly took it off was when fighting Ling/Greed II because they had no qualms about exploiting the blind spot it created. Before removing it, he had no problems dodging bullets or, oh, yeah, taking out a pair of fucking tanks with nothing but a sword and a single grenade.
Mustang's sole strength lies in his flame alchemy. Without his gloves, he's nothing more than a common foot soldier. Also, while there's no denying Olivier is strong, she would lose to Scar in a straight up fight, no doubt about it. Why? Because while they're potentially evenly matched physically, with his alchemy, he could destroy her sword with a touch like he did to Bradley's and if he grabbed so much as one of her pinkies for more than a heartbeat, she'd be dead.

And the thing is said about Olivier was that Scar wouldnt win in a fight of pure physical strength,not a real fight.As said,he could kill her,but never push her down because she is stronger.
And Without his Arms Scar would just be a sad middle aged guy,so whats the point? Bradley was a Homunculus,yes,but not like the others,because he aged.If he is old and this Powerful i dont want to know what he could do at his peak.
You really think that Mustang is slow as fuck and his Flames are slow to,right? As he said himself,he can hit things as big as a Needle extremly fast and gets a Bullseye everytime.He hit Envy while he was Moving,and Scar isnt so fast that he could espace the inferno of flames that Mustang can create,as seen in the Ishbal war,10 Meters high flame pillars and stuff.....in close quarters or on the Open field,Scar would have no chance of getting near to Mustang before getting burned to ashes.
