Yes more restraints needed but the water will be let out soon and she will slowly descend to the bottom of the tank. Or the chain could be released and she would float to the top to breathe; then winch her down again....If she'd had arms and legs restrained, you wouldn't see her struggle as much but the erotic effect would be heightened.
