I tried to annotate some of it but I'm not sure it worked...I speak Chinese not Japanese so some of it is out of my reach but the fair bit of Kanji lets me get some of it.

For archival, from her perspective:
Right arm: Sow
Left arm: Meat puppet
Chest: Turning into a slut / slut conversion
Belly (top): Currently being broken
Belly (Middle): Public toilet
Right leg, bottom: Please cum in me
Left leg, in red: Free (as in no charge I think)
