I think Subaru or Vita would give a better Berserker. Nanoha could be Caster, Erio would be Lancer, Caro as Rider because of Fried, Signum as Archer and Fate as Saber of course. But who could be Assassin? Any sugestions?

No, Nanoha would definitely be Berserker, and she'd be the final boss. And she'd be the only Berserker ever to still be able to speak normally (as far as "normal" is for Nanoha to begin with), because she doesn't actually have to have the Mad Enhancement to be made into one.
