My best guess is that they are official, #963027. The in-game screenshots of DOA5 look basically the same, and showcase the same outfits as these promos. Though, in the pics I've seen on GameSpot, Hitomi's facial features look slightly more elegant than she appears here. But her unique Ashley-Graham-ears are still intact.
