@ The-Kirbster: I think Game Freak created Gallade because Gardevoir looked too feminine, even if they were male. So, they figured there should be a more masculine version of Gardevoir.

lol to my knowledge the internet doesn't find him very masculine.
Plus I don't think he did it on purpose by the looks of it he may have wanted to share it.
But not like that, she probably surprised him, plus he got turned on...
