The yaoi tag isn't for this image because you have more than one gender engaging in group sex (on Gelbooru, a futa is considered a third gender), so the tag bisexual is used for this image.

And the one on the right is a futa, not a newhalf; you can see a small part of her vagina on the right of the image, just past the balls.
