That aside, I chalk this up as one of those internet rules that don't exist yet so I'll explain it.
Just like Rule 63 where there'll always be an opposing gender of said character.

Rule 91(Because It's double digit) 126(Only if 91 is a widely accepted rule): If an artist's character is sufficiently powerful or dominant in it's canon or depiction there will always be art depicting the exact opposite. Inversely if an artist's character is sufficiently weak or submissive in it's canon or depiction there will always be art depicting the exact opposite.
