Could be either.... I saw a magazine ad for Dissidia with the side of good on one side with the side of evil on the other. But everyone on the left is before EoSD, while everyone on the right is EoSD and after. Secret characters silloettes in the background too, heh

It's riviera, not Dissidia, because riviera has the background as well as shadowy characters in the background, while dissidia does not

The Chthulu-looking thing in the background is actually a magical tank piloted by a bad guy from the very first Touhou game ever. She's a mad scientist who first fights while flying with a jet pack, then later on in a magical tank, then this final tank of hers is the extra boss for that game. Incidentally, the Chthulu tank (I forget its real name) is considered the hardest extra boss in all of Touhou history!
