Censoring, to begin with is lame. If you dont want to see it then dont go looking for it. If you're gonna cover it up, then why draw it? But this here pic is special. Its censor is beyond stupid. Its so hardly noticeable. Should have just left it alone

I know this is coming 4 years late, however, it may be that the author lives in a country where it would be illegal to draw certain anatomy without censoring it, such as the renown for this particularly of Japan.
