Adding the trap tag back for the time being, newhalf, which is what the one in the dress it, are still male. Not sure about the crossdressing tag though, especially since he's not really wearing anything.

Removed trap tag because the term is applied most commonly to boys who look feminine but lack actual breasts. As for the "newhalf" tag, I'll keep that here, but I'm also adding a "futanari" tag because both futa and newhalf have breasts.

Futanari and newhalf are not the same thing, ergo they should rarely be tagged on the same image. Newhalf are still men, ergo yaoi.
