Futanari means both genders, Penis+Vagina regardless if have balls, Futa (two) nari (probaly genders), if it has no vagina, its shemale..

According to the rules of the site, things should be tagged as things if they have the correct things... Basically,

Futa = Vagina, Breasts, Penis, no balls
Full-package Futa = Vagina, Breasts, Penis, Balls
Newhalf = Breasts, Penis, Balls
Trap = No breasts, No vagina, Penis, Balls

I don't give a fuck what anatomy declares, the rules and tagging system of this image site declare, and have declared for a great deal of time, that this is how it is. If YOU don't like it, you can go fuck off on some other site. Maybe 4chan is more your style? At least there EVERYONE is a giant fag.
