Not only does it not look like Vergil,but here he is holding a gun when is against using them as he doesn't consider them a weapon a warrior woudl use.

That's Gilver(Ver-Gil get it?) from the Devil May Cry Novel, originally he disguised himself with bandages and competed secretly with his brother Dante as a mercenary. That is the only time we see Vergil with a shotgun.
