I love how everyone's personality is the complete opposite! :D

Ino is now the shy and reserve one.
Chouji is slim and more serious.
Shikamaru is more carefree and silly. (Lower IQ I guess)
Hinata is more confident and shows more skin.
Kiba hates dogs. More of a cat person now.
Shino has a bug repellent.
Tenten is clumsy and not as accurate.
Sasuke stays in Konoha and flirty with Sakura.
Sai is an artist.

The only exceptions are Naruto, Sakura and Rock Lee who stays the same.
